NO CANCELLATIONS ONCE ACKNOWLEDGED AS YOURS. Your orders are secured prior to sending OCs. Please be responsible claimers. Cancellations are absolutely not allowed. If you still wish to cancel, a cancellation fee of 80% of your order total is needed within 24 hours.
DP is nonrefundable. Please follow the DOP agreed upon.
Late Payment Fee: ₱30 late payment fee per day will be charged past set DOP. Only a maximum of 15 days will be allowed - if no payment has been made within this time period, you will be posted as a bogus buyer and our existing transaction will be automatically cancelled. You will also be blocked from future transactions with me.
No Payment Form = no payment received. Please always submit a Payment Form when sending your payments.
Pasalo Items: Pasalo is allowed, but I will only be transacting with the person I originally sent the Order Confirmation to.
Patience is a must for STBO items. Most group orders are from overseas (Japan, China, Korea) so kindly manage your expectations.
Storage: We can only store your items at a maximum of 2 months starting on the day the Arrival Notice (OC for onhand items) was sent. Please have your items shipped as soon as possible, unclaimed items after the stated time period will be put up for sale. No refunds will be issued.
PLEASE BE 101% SURE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
1. Box consolidation every 2 weeks, or once box reaches minimum weight of 500g. ETA to PH : 1-2 weeks AFTER SHIP OUT. Shipped via J&T International [FETA].
2. Usual ship out dates will be every 15th/30th of the month, unless stated otherwise. updates will be posted on #cherrysbinupdates
3. NO JOY RESERVERS / IMPULSE BUYERS / BOGUS BUYERS. I reserve the right to decline and/or cancel orders/inquiries/transactions from rude & impatient buyers. In return, you also have the right to cancel the transaction with valid reason.
4. ALL items are PAYO to secure - no extensions. NO PAYMENT = NO CHECKOUT. please note that the items can be sold anytime as Mercari does not allow reservations. full refund will be given if the item was sold before being able to secure. new buyers / buyers with less than 3 transactions: strictly payment first before securing. old buyers with 3+ transactions with good record: PAYO within the day / 24hrs max. Late Payment Fee of PHP50/day max of 3 days will be implemented once item is secured.
5. Please do not claim if sensitive - sellers on Mercari do not give vid condi nor sometimes do not fully disclose the condition of the pc. Photo proof and video condition WILL NOT be provided upon purchase. Special requests will not be allowed to prevent being blocked by the merchant - this may result to our account getting restricted on the platform. I will not be held liable for any undisclosed damages on the pc. Photo proof will be provided once the items are onhand. No refunds will be issued for minor damages such as scratches or manufactory defects.
6. Please do not claim if impatient - some Mercari sellers do not follow the estimated delivery/shipping time posted on the site. Please only claim if you are willing to wait. Please understand that this is already out of my control, and the best i can do is to follow up with the seller through my proxy. Rest assured that once the items arrive in my JP address, it will be included in the next ship out date.
7. Please no rush pasecure - i rely on my proxy to secure. please expect slow checkouts every shipping dates (usually MWF). i will dm asap once secured, but like what was mentioned, full refund will be given if the item was sold before we were able to secure.
8. No refunds and/or cancellations - refunds are case to case; full refund will be given if seller failed to ship items, among other valid reasons. however, absolutely no cancellations allowed.
9. No unboxing video, no refund - photo proof will be sent before shipping. damages incurred through local & international courier is no longer within my control and i will not be held liable.
10. For pasecure, you can send me the link to your listing, and i will forward your listing to my proxy. however, i will not be held liable if the link you sent me was posted by a scammer or the listing turned out to be fake. It is your responsibility to check the seller's reviews and/or listings. Again, no refunds for pasecure will be issued.
11. No refunds will be issued if the purchase was successful. Refunds will only be made if the seller cancelled/failed to ship your items. If you have already submitted an order form and wish to cancel your order given that we have not made the purchase yet, refund will be issued, but a proxy fee of ₱100 will be deducted. However, when the purchase has been made on Mercari, no cancellations and refunds will be allowed.
12. STORAGE - I can only hold your items at a maximum of 2 months starting on the day the item was onhand. Items exceeding this period, unless for combined shipping, will be disposed or resold.
